Privacy policy

Draft — pending legal review before publishing. Last edited: 2026. Tracked in TECH_DEBT.md, "Real web content".

Traverlist ("we", "us") lets you save and organize plans in spaces shared with people you choose. This page explains what data we collect and why.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture.

When you use the app, we store the plans, places, tags and spaces you create, who created and edited them, and who's a member of each space. If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to be able to send them.

What we don't collect

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.

Who we share it with

Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run the app: Google (sign-in), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), and Firebase (push notifications). Plans and spaces are visible to the other members of the same space — that's the point of a shared space — but never to anyone outside it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete a plan, leave or delete a space, or ask us to delete your account and associated data entirely.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from the app, or by contacting us at the address below.

Children

Traverlist isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
